Instead of steel W columns, I am using 8" square TS. I kept to the 3/5 ratio for the cantilevers at the south side of the building. Working on finishing the three details to post tonight also.
Hi: your framing plans look OK, the details look good, you may have too much vertical bracing; also it would be good to see how the vertical bracing interacts with your window system, can you see the bracing? and if so, is this what you want; some foundation discussion would be good; KGB
